Southeastern Tool & Die is looking for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant. We are locally owned and operated and GROWING. We specialize in a multitude of projects for many major companies and provide the means necessary to produce custom requested products and designs from fabrications, presses, laser cut items and more.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
