Champion Ford is looking for an Automotive Office Manager to join our dealership team. In this role, you’ll oversee all administrative and accounting tasks that keep our dealership running smoothly. You’ll help manage vehicle records, support dealer trades and wholesales, and assist the accounting team with daily processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Support dealer trades, wholesales, cancellations, and vehicle inventory updates.
  • Maintain accurate records for vehicle deals, F&I products, and related paperwork.
  • Help with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties.
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Participate in dealership projects or ad hoc assignments as directed.
  • Complete and submit the monthly financial statement 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; some college or accounting coursework a plus.
  • Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Dealertrack DMS experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
