Red5 is looking for an Office Assistant available to work 10 hours per week.


Primary Goal: The primary goal(s) of this position is to help support the Administrative Operations team by covering duties such as front desk reception and support Office Administration.


Responsibilities:

  • Help manage the front reception area;
  • Monitor the conference room areas, ensuring it is always clean, stocked and ready to use.
  • Help with the purchase of office supplies and any Exec approved employee purchase requests.
  • Plan and support organizing office events as needed.
  • Provide assistance to the Executive team members, as requested;
  • Assist in preparation of expense reports including receipt collection and scanning;
  • Format and prepare non-sensitive documents;
  • Assist in coordination of catering for meetings including pick up;
  • Sort, distribute and ship company mail;
  • Perform general filing;
  • Restocking office and kitchen supplies; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal guidance as well as within a team;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communications (both written and oral) skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; as well as Mac OS; and
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • At least 6 months of office experience preferred


Salary range:  $20/hour
