Job description

Purpose

Camaco LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with personnel file management and employee onboarding activities. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations and is ideal for someone interested in developing practical HR skills. We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Audit and organize employee personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness

Create and maintain electronic personnel records

Scan, upload, and properly file HR documents

Assist with hourly employee interviewing

Support new hire orientation for hourly employees

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HR record-keeping requirements

Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

High School Diploma or Equivalent
