Job description


You will report directly to our Sr Director of Semiconductor Product Management, and you'll work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location or Atlanta, GA, on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the strategic direction and execution of connected technology offerings, driving innovation through AI integration. Your leadership will influence cross-functional collaboration, market positioning, and the successful delivery of advanced connected solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute connected strategy and roadmap with a focus on artificial intelligence integration
  • Collaborate with AI, engineering, and product teams to define and prioritize connected offerings
  • Lead market analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities for AI-enhanced connected solutions

The annual base salary range for this position is $153,000 to $191,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in offering management, product management, or connected technology strategy development
  • 3+ years of experience working on or supporting AI-enabled products or solutions
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing at least one product or technology roadmap from concept through implementation
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., AI/data science, engineering, product management)
  • 3+ years of experience in new product development, including exposure to both hardware and software components
  • 2+ years of experience developing or supporting software revenue models, including subscription and/or ARR-based offerings
  • Experience applying AI technologies to process improvements, service enhancements, or product functionality
  • Demonstrated use of market data, customer insights, or performance metrics to inform product or strategy decisions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Experience in industrial software, predictive analytics, or connected systems domains
  • Familiarity with AI integration into commercial product offerings
