Job description

Alan Biller and Associates is seeking a highly motivated OCIO Solutions Associate to support our growing OCIO business. This role will focus on investment-related contracts and documents for our OCIO clients, and requires coordination across the consulting, research, and investment operations teams.
Responsibilities
  • Review investment-related contracts and documents, including LPAs, IMAs, PPMs, side letters, subscription documents, MFN Elections, consents, and amendments.
  • Assist with the preparation of investment-related contracts and documents.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external legal counsel, investment managers, administrators, custodians, and other client service providers.
  • Track and share information on new investments, key terms, and document status.
  • Manage client projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, investment management, OCIO, legal operations, fund administration, consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience reviewing investment-related contracts and documents for private funds.
  • Ability to read complex agreements, identify relevant terms, summarize key points, and escalate questions appropriately.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a small-team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools. Familiarity with MS CRM and document management preferred.
