Cruise Vacation Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

The Elite Travel Group is seeking motivated, service-driven travel professionals to join our team as Cruise Vacation Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cruising, client service, and helping travelers create unforgettable vacation experiences at sea.

As a Cruise Vacation Specialist, you will assist clients with planning and booking cruise vacations that match their travel goals, budget, lifestyle, and preferred destinations. You will help clients explore cruise lines, ships, itineraries, stateroom options, excursions, travel protection, and pre- or post-cruise arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Research and recommend cruise vacations based on client needs, preferences, budget, and travel style.

Assist clients with selecting cruise lines, ships, itineraries, stateroom categories, dining options, shore excursions, and travel protection.

Book cruises, flights, hotels, transfers, and additional travel components when needed.

Educate clients on cruise policies, payment deadlines, passport requirements, travel documentation, boarding procedures, and onboard expectations.

Support clients before, during, and after the booking process with excellent communication and service.

Stay informed about cruise promotions, supplier updates, destination requirements, ship inspections, training opportunities, and industry trends.

Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Participate in team trainings, supplier webinars, cruise line certifications, and ongoing professional development.

Promote cruise travel services through social media, networking, client outreach, and relationship building.
