Job Title: Media Planner Location-Type: Remote (EST Hours) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 8 weeks (approximately 30 hours/week) Compensation Range: $46-$55/hour on W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The client is seeking an experienced Media Planner to integrate directly into an active portfolio of client accounts and provide immediate support across media planning, buying coordination, and account stewardship for an 8-week engagement. Job Summary Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels, aligned with client goals, KPIs, target audiences, and budgets. Build and maintain media plans, budget allocations, flowcharts, and supporting planning documents. Translate client objectives into actionable media recommendations and investment strategies. Conduct audience, market, competitive, and media landscape research to inform planning decisions. Assist with back-end execution including building buys in Prisma, CDWs, asset QA and trafficking, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracker updates. Collaborate with the Media Supervisor and Media Director on day-to-day account needs across multiple active client engagements. Assist with vendor coordination, insertion orders, trafficking needs, and campaign documentation. Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of paid media planning experience, preferably within an agency environment. Proficiency with Media Ocean and Prisma platforms. Demonstrated experience developing integrated media plans across Paid Search, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Snap, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), Programmatic Display and Video, CTV, Digital Audio, and Traditional Media. Strong understanding of media budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint. Ability to independently manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with syndicated research tools such as Pathmatics, Media Radar (Kantar), or YouGov. Experience supporting both brand-building and performance-focused media campaigns. Experience developing audience strategies and channel recommendations. Background working within highly collaborative, integrated agency teams managing demanding workloads and shifting priorities.
