They will share our commitment to create waves of kindness for people and our planet with products founded on purity, quality and efficacy.

This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work in-office 1-2 days per week at our Venice, California headquarters with additional in person time at photo shoots and events.

Requirements

Social Media Leadership
  • Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the brand's content calendar with a social-first approach, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and key brand moments.
  • Oversee content strategy across social channels to drive relevant trends.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and optimize engagement.
  • Manage posting cadence for all platforms, ensuring timely, high-impact publishing aligned with platform best practices.
