Coordonner les activites du department d'export maritime afin d'assurer une experience client courtoise et efficace tout en maintenant une structure de couts competitifs tant pour CEVA Logistiques que pour nos clients. Tenir les clients informes de l'etat de leur envoi.

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE
   Recevoir les bons de commande des clients apres avoir analyse leurs besoins.
   Faire les reservations aupres des transporteurs.
   Verifier les documents (B13, facture commerciale, certificat d'origine, lettre de credit, permis, etc) pour s'assurer qu'ils soient conformes aux reglementations douanieres a l'origine comme a destination.
   Ouvrir un dossier de transport et effectuer l'entree de donnees dans le systeme operationnel selon les normes ISO de la societe.
   Mise a jour des evenements dans le systeme CargoWise. 
   Organiser les expeditions et livraisons selon les reservations.
   Transmettre les preavis et documentations au client, agent outremer et/ou destinataire. 
   Tenir a jour les filieres d'envois et informer client et agent outremer et/ou destinataire.
   Facturer les clients en s'assurant de bien verifier que toutes les charges pour les services donnes sont incluses et que les couts sont  selon les ententes. (Renegocier les couts pour augmenter la profitabilite)
   Emettre les non-conformites et plaintes clients en accord avec les procedures ISO. 
   Suivis des expeditions a destination, incluant les transbordements.
   Autres taches tel que requis par le superviseur immediat.
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
   2 a 3 annees d'etudes ou d'experience postsecondaires pertinentes.
   Capacite a fournir un service client exceptionnel aux clients.
   Excellent sens de l'organisation et proactif.
   Capacite a gerer son propre temps et sa charge de travail afin de repondre aux attentes internes et externes.
   Doit maitriser tous les domaines de la suite Microsoft Office.
   Excellentes competences en communication (ecrite et verbale)
   Bonne competences interpersonnelles et de travail d'equipe requises.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
.
   Receive orders form clients after having analyzed their needs.
   Make reservations with shipping lines. 
   Verify documents (B13, commercial bill, certificate of origin, credit letter, permit, etc.) to ensure that they conform to the customs regulations at origin as well as at destination.
   Open files for shipment and enter data in the operational system according to the ISO standards of the company.
   Update events in the Pegasus system.
   Organize shipments and deliveries according to reservations.
   Transmit notices and documentation to the client, overseas agent, or recipient.
   Keep shipment files and overseas clients and overseas agents/recipient updated.
   Invoice clients and ensure that all charges for services rendered are included and that rates are billed according to the agreement. (Renegotiate the rates to increase profitability)
   Issue non conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
   Tracking shipments to destination, including transfer of shipments.
   Other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

   2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience.
   Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
   Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
   Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations
   Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite 
   Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
   Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
