Créez et maintenez un organigramme de service efficace, conçu pour la flexibilité et la croissance.

· Préparer, exécuter, suivre et mettre à jour le plan d’affaires du département à intervalles réguliers.

· Surveiller et améliorer la productivité des services clés.

· Révision et assistance au quotidien avec les devis

· Soutenir le produit en vérifiant les frais locaux et les devis convenus pour s'assurer que nous minimisons les pertes potentielles des succursales.

· Posséder une connaissance approfondie du produit Ocean Export.

· Planifier et soutenir des réunions mensuelles et des groupes de discussion pour discuter des renseignements sur le marché et déléguer les charges de travail au sein de l'équipe.

· Assister à la réunion hebdomadaire des ventes de la succursale et faciliter les discussions sur l'exportation maritime avec les mises à jour et les tendances du marché.

· Jouer un rôle actif dans la transition de nouvelles activités/mises à jour des activités existantes.

· Soyez ouvert à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux changements et améliorations du système dans votre département.

· Participer et suggérer des améliorations au système/processus.

To further develop the Ocean Export product in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company’s policy and procedures.

Create and maintain an effective department organization chart, which is designed for flexibility and growth.
· Prepare, execute, monitor and update the department business plan at regular intervals.
· Monitor and improve key departmental productivity.
· Review and support with day-to-day quotations
· Support product with checking local charges and agreement quotes to ensure we minimize potential branch losses.
· Have thorough knowledge of the Ocean Export product.
· Plan and support with huddles and monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads within the team.
· Attend the weekly branch Sales meeting and facilitate discussions on Ocean Export with market updates and trends.
· Take an active role in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business.
· Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into your department.
· Be involved and suggest system/process improvements.
· Grow department Revenue in line with District budget target and management expectations.
· Supporting with BNP, AJAX, CLH, and internal financial reports to ensure that the department is showing clean financial accounting
throughout all financial reports.
· Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines, trucking companies, and others)
· Review and conduct staff appraisals and one on one meeting timely in line with the 3+1 Initiative
· Assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and monitoring development.

Qualifications

· Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme d’entreprise équivalent

· Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en tant qu’expéditeur ou dans l’industrie

· Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe

· Compétences avérées en résolution de problèmes, en relations interpersonnelles, en communication et en leadership

· Bonnes compétences en informatique (par exemple, MS Excel, MS Word)

· Maîtrise de l’anglais

· University or equivalent business qualifications

· Minimum 7 years Expeditors’ or industry experience

· Minimum 3 years team management experience

· Proven problem solving, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

· Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)

· Fluent in English
