Projected Base Salary: $148,000–$168,000 + Significant Bonus Potential
She Recruits is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Northern California to recruit a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants strong earning potential, meaningful work, and the lifestyle that comes with practicing medicine on the coast.
This is an outpatient, panel-based primary care role designed for providers who are comfortable managing complex medical needs within a fully integrated, team-based model.

You’ll practice in a collaborative setting supported by:
2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider
0.7 RN support
Integrated Behavioral Health
Chiropractic services
