Job description

Optim Orthopedics is seeking a full time Therapy Front Desk Supervisor for the Savannah, GA location.

Primary Duties:

Demonstrates a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor while he/she greets and checks in patients, visitors and vendors.
Assist with training of therapy office personnel
Supervise daily front desk task and responsibilities according to established guidelines
Manage daily operations
Responsible for staffing plans and leads staffing plan for appropriate coverage in all front office operations
Identifies and assist with system improvement implementations.
Assist with billing questions and inquires.
Ensure Co-pays and balances are collected. Oversees deposits an cash boxes at each clinic
Will assist staff with time-clock corrections
Assist with hiring staff for therapy office team which include phone operator and patient advocate.
Fill in as needed at front offices and preform standard office duties as needed
Address any therapy office issues that cannot be resolved at the local level (billing etc)
Responsible for the initiation and follow through of regular communication with appropriate medical staff, patients, Optim team members and management.
Has a complete understanding of all job responsibility and task for front office and pre-cert teams. Can independently train and perform for each position.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality when servicing patients.
Must have flexibility with hours as needed for clinic.
Follows proper security procedures at the close of each day to ensure facility safety
Receives and distributes faxes daily as necessary
Collects/Sorts and distributes incoming mail as necessary
Other duties as assigned.
