Job description

) Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you'll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
  • Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
  • With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
  • Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
  • Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
  • Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
  • Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
