School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Greater Redmond, WA | Full-Time | 2026โ€“2027 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for current and upcoming full-time school-based opportunities in the Greater Redmond, Washington area for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. We are a women- and therapist-founded company dedicated to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters mostโ€”helping students thrive.

Position Highlights
  • Location: Greater Redmond, WA area
  • Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Mondayโ€“Friday
  • Setting: In-person, school-based
  • School Year: 2026โ€“2027
  • Grade Levels: Preschool through High School (varies by assignment)
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs related to educational performance
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers
  • Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations
  • Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
  • Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills that promote success in the classroom
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
