Description Occupational Health Coordinator 2nd Shift (Temporary)Approximate Duration: 3 months or as needed Schedule: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM, Monday Friday; Saturdays as neededNote: Hours may vary based on departmental needs.DescriptionThis temporary position supports Occupational Health operations by providing first aid, clinical assessment, and ongoing care to team members. The role works closely with Safety, Production, and management to ensure employee well-being and compliance with company policies.ResponsibilitiesAdminister first-aid treatment and life-support care to sick or injured employeesPerform emergency clinical diagnostic and treatment proceduresObserve, record, and report patient conditions, treatments provided, and reactions to medications or procedures to the physician/RNAssess the nature and extent of illness or injury to prioritize medical proceduresComfort and reassure patientsProvide ongoing treatment and follow-up care to employeesWork with employees and managers on ergonomic improvementsPerform drug and alcohol screeningConduct hearing testing for team membersMaintain courteous and professional communication at all timesCollaborate closely with the Safety DepartmentPerform any other duties reasonably associated with the above responsibilitiesRequirementsThe ideal candidate must:Demonstrate world-class customer service skillsWork effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBe a strong team player with the ability to meet deadlines and follow company policiesBe comfortable working with individuals from diverse culturesBe willing to work Saturdays and 2nd shiftPossess a current Nebraska CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or MA (Medical Assistant) certification preferred.Compensation & BenefitsEmployees who fill this position will be eligible for:Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning after 90 daysPaid Time Off: Sick leave, vacation, and 6 company-observed holidaysPay:$23.00/hrEOE/VET/DISABLED
