OB/GYN Physician - Comprehensive Practice Outpatient & Inpatient Care Community-Focused Setting
Location: Casa Grande, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible schedule, must work at least 36 hours)
Practice Setting: Outpatient Women's Health Clinic with Integrated Hospital Coverage
Call Schedule: Shared rotation among OB/GYN team (6-7 calls per month 24 hr shifts)

Position Overview
A respected, community-based women's health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB/GYN practice in a medically underserved area-perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $300,000 - $375,000 (based on experience)
  • Incentive Plan: Productivity-based RVU bonus structure (Up to $50-75k bonus per year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
  • Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and family planning options
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Participate in practice development, quality initiatives, and community outreach efforts

Candidate Requirements
Minimum:
  • MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

Preferred:
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience in community health or underserved care settings
