As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all phases of the recruitment and selection process for designated departments. This position is instrumental in establishing effective recruitment pipelines to access top level talent, while delivering timely and effective customer service to their clients to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. May need to work on weekends and/or holidays based on the business needs.
This position is a hybrid work and candidate must resides on the island of Oahu and available to travel as needed for hiring events and trainings.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior experience in Vacation Ownership industry
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairs
  • Must be local on Oahu
     

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events
