NOW HIRING – LTC Medication/Treatment Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Springfield, Colorado
Southeast Colorado Hospital District
13-Week Contract | Start ASAP
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Position: LPN/LVN – Long Term Care (LTC)


Pay rate $43/HR 
Gross $1548.72/Week 
Non Taxable: $999.72
Taxable: $549

Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 1 Year of LTC Experience Preferred
Experience with Medication Administration & Treatments
Experience Supervising CNAs Preferred
Cerner EMR Experience a Plus

Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes
• Complete nursing notes and required charting accurately
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
• Supervise and direct CNAs during assigned shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
• Promote teamwork across departments and shifts
