Are you great with people? Do you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and earning more based on your performance?

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, banking, restaurants, wireless sales, customer service, insurance, or inside sales, you already have many of the skills needed to become a successful Service Advisor.

At O'Brien Auto Team, we'll teach you the automotive side.

Our Service Advisors are trusted consultants who help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Even better-you'll enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with NO weekends, giving you the work-life balance you've been looking for.


What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on from the moment they arrive until they pick up their vehicle.

You'll:

  • Welcome customers and build lasting relationships
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend solutions
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Explain maintenance recommendations in an easy-to-understand way
  • Prepare repair orders and estimates
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers informed every step of the way
  • Deliver vehicles and review completed repairs
  • Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Help customers protect their investment through recommended maintenance
