We are hiring a Nutritionist to provide outpatient nutrition counseling services across a variety of programs, including pediatric weight management, cardiac rehabilitation, employee wellness, outpatient nutrition, and primary care. In this role, you will help patients make informed nutrition choices and support their overall health and wellness goals.
What you'll do
  • Provide individualized outpatient nutrition counseling to patients across multiple programs.
  • Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop appropriate nutrition care plans.
  • Educate and support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support program objectives and outcomes.
Who you are
  • Experience in nutrition counseling, clinical nutrition, or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of nutrition principles and evidence-based dietary practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and support diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patients, providers, and care teams.
