About Ryse Supplements

Ryse Up Sports Nutrition is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, great-tasting supplements to athletes and everyday performers alike. As demand for our products continues to grow across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels, we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the operations that get our products into customers' hands accurately, safely, and on time.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role is critical to maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery as Ryse Up Supplements continues to grow. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff/temp staff to meet daily fulfillment goals
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of supplements in compliance with FDA/GMP guidelines and expiration date tracking (FIFO/FEFO practices)
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilization
  • Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and freight partners; troubleshoot shipping issues as they arise
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations
  • Track and report on key warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory shrinkage, etc.)
  • Manage warehouse operations using NetSuite, WMS, Opendock, and TMS platforms to keep inventory, dock scheduling, and shipping records current
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, ideally in CPG, food, or supplements/nutraceuticals
  • Required: Hands-on experience with NetSuite for inventory and order management
  • Required: Experience working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Required: Experience with Opendock or similar dock scheduling software
  • Required: Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms
  • Required: Ability to safely operate a forklift; forklift certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including lot/batch tracking and expiration date management
  • Familiarity with FDA/GMP requirements for supplement or food storage is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable using warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) or overseeing staff who do
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field a plus
  • Experience managing multiple facilities and departments a plus
