Salary: $50K - $60K Annually

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist/Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietetics and a passion for improving patient health through nutrition. This role involves working closely with patients, to assess their nutritional needs and develop tailored dietary plans. The Nutritionist/Dietician will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through effective nutrition management. This position will work in both our Wilmington, DE and Glen Mills, PA locations.


Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate dietary habits and nutritional needs.
  • Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient requirements.
  • Supervise the implementation of dietary plans, ensuring adherence to recommended guidelines.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding nutrition, including tube feeding when necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into overall patient care strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest research in dietetics and physiology to provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Monitor and adjust dietary plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, dietary plans, and outcomes.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am-4:30pm

Tuesday: 8am-6pm

Friday: 8am-2:30pm


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology as it relates to nutrition and health management.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods.
