Job description

Sales Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with proven leadership in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical contract manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for overseeing and elevating the performance of an established sales team (8 reps), driving consistent execution of sales strategies, and ensuring revenue and margin growth. The right candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead high-level client engagements with precision and professionalism.

This is a high-impact position requiring an executive presence and a track record of success in B2B sales management within pharma/nutra manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of 8 sales representatives, providing hands-on coaching and structured performance management.

  • Drive revenue growth by monitoring and optimizing key sales metrics (pipeline health, close ratios, margin performance).

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client challenges, ensuring swift resolution before issues reach executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, supply chain, and customer service to deliver on customer commitments.

  • Standardize and elevate proposals, quotes, and presentations for consistency and impact at the executive client level.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations to the Sales Director and senior leadership.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven sales leadership experience in contract manufacturing for pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals (mandatory).

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing B2B sales teams in a regulated, technical industry.

  • Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, and quality standards as they apply to pharma/nutra manufacturing sales.

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive accountability and results.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
