Nursing Management in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred.

Ideal candidate will possess tenacity, compassion and strong leadership qualities.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Collaborate Effectively with all Departments

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Oversee patient care plans and ensure they are effectively carried out

Monitor and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
