This role ensures digital innovations and tools are efficient, and optimized to support high-quality, safe delivery of patient care. This leader will drive a modern, blended learning strategy, advance usability, and training delivery methods. This role will collaborate closely with clinical, revenue cycle, operational, and IT partners. A key focus of the role is ensuring technology is frontline-led, workflow aligned, and measurably impactful. The Director will establish and monitor outcomes tied to workflow efficiency, time savings, user satisfaction, and return on investments.# **Minimum Job Qualifications*** **Licensure or other certifications:*** **Educational Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field* **Minimum Experience:** 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, training, or related leadership roles. Experience with Epic or comparable EHR applications.* **Other:**# **Preferred Job Qualifications*** **Preferred Licensure or other certifications:** Nursing Informatics certification* **Preferred Educational Requirements:** Master’s degree (MSN, MBA, MHA, or related)* **Preferred Experience:** Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly nursing practice.
