We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a 62-bed skilled nursing facility in Batavia, NY. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, resident-focused leader with a strong background in operational management, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

This is a great opportunity for an administrator who enjoys working in a smaller facility setting while still having the ability to make a meaningful impact on operations, resident care, staff culture, and overall performance.

About the Role

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day facility operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. This leader will collaborate with clinical, financial, and regional partners to support ongoing performance, survey readiness, and a strong resident and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility departments
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
