What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Friendly Senior Living, you'll play an essential role in supporting the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our Members every day.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting assistance
  • Assisting Members with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion support
  • Supporting mealtime service, hydration, and feeding assistance as needed
  • Following individualized care plans and Member Care Cards to ensure safe, personalized care
  • Observing and communicating changes in Member condition to nursing leadership
  • Accurately documenting care and observations in PointClickCare (PCC)
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, transfers, specimen collection, and basic care procedures as assigned
  • Transporting Members to activities and appointments
  • Maintaining clean, organized Member rooms and care equipment
  • Supporting a positive, respectful, service-focused environment for Members, families, visitors, and fellow team members
