Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a child's life? We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide individualized 1:1 nursing support for medically fragile students within school-based settings throughout Massachusetts.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule aligned with school hours.
Schedule & Hours
* Summer School Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
* 2026/2027 School Year Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Consistent school-based schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays off
Position Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile students throughout the school day
* Ride the school bus with the student to and from school as part of the nursing assignment when required
* Monitor students' medical conditions, safety, and overall well-being
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed
* Perform G-Tube feedings and other skilled nursing procedures as needed
* Observe and document any changes in student condition
* Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation and daily notes
* Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student success
Qualifications
* Active Massachusetts RN
* Current CPR certification required
* Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required
* Pediatric, school nursing, special needs, or medically fragile experience preferred
