What You'll Do
- Lead and elevate clinical operations across assigned communities
- Serve as a clinical expert for regulatory compliance and resident care
- Conduct weekly site visits, audits, and follow-up action plans
- Support QAPI, performance improvement, and root cause analysis
- Guide resident care planning, high-risk management, and transitions
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Wellness Directors, Memory Care Directors, and nursing staff
- Provide regulatory training and survey support
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and clinical partners to solve problems and improve outcomes
What You Bring
- Active RN license (multi-state preferred)
- 5-7 years of progressive clinical leadership (AL, LTC, or senior housing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and survey processes
- Proven success in staff development and performance improvement
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the region
