Job description

Summary
Join CentraCares Northway Clinic as a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) and build your own patient panel while delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a supportive primary care environment, managing acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care, and coordinating care with integrated behavioral health and specialty support resources.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 0.77 FTE | Onsite CentraCare- Northway Family Medicine, St. Cloud, MN
  • Days | 4, 8-hour shifts | 8:000am 5:00pm
    • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • No nights, weekends, holidays or call responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
