Job description

HealthPartners is seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our growing and well-respected practice. Your practice will include three clinical days per week at the HealthPartners Cancer Care at Park Nicollet Burnsville and one day of outreach, plus shared call and rounding. Opportunities for research and teaching are available.

Our HealthPartners Cancer Program is a large community practice with 13 sites across the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan and western Wisconsin regions comprised of 33 oncologists, 16 advanced clinician practitioners. Within our program, we offer a robust portfolio of clinical trials through our EPTP in addition to industry-sponsored Phase 2/3 trials, investigator-initiated trials in supportive care, and our active partnership with NCORP's Metro-Minnesota Community Oncology Research Consortium. We are one of the few community oncology programs with an EPTP, and currently have over 20 active phase 1 trials available to our patients.

Our oncology team includes physicians, advanced practice clinicians, certified oncology nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, chaplains, music therapists, integrated therapy specialists, palliative care, social workers, oncology psychotherapists, and genetics counselors. Our cancer program clinicians can take part in research though our very active and growing clinical trials program which include early phase clinical trials. We have PI opportunities for physicians with a passion for research. Accredited by both the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Clinical Oncology's Quality Oncology Practice Initiative, our comprehensive cancer program offers a full complement of preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and support services.

PAY RANGE:

$420,000.00-$720,000.00 annually

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for work RVU productivity bonus.
