CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER

Location: Bronxville, NY

Thrive in this crucial role, as you assist with the 24-hour management of our Emergency Department. Play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of comprehensive nursing care plans for patients with complex conditions. Serve as an educational resource for patients, families and nursing staff. Participate in discharge planning. Evaluate patient outcomes and staff performance, and identify and address opportunities for improvement.

CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER

Preferred Criteria

Supervisory experience

Master’s degree in Nursing

Required Criteria

Two years of emergency room experience

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Progressive leadership experience (includes supervisory experience)

Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills to direct work, make good decisions and deliver an exceptional patient experience
