Description
The People & Culture Coordinator role forms part of our high performing, fun and collaborative People & Culture team at Nuix. We’re on a mission to be a “Force For Good”, and so we need our team to be performing at their best too.
The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for operationally supporting the P&C team in North America and EMEA, along with project-based work (such as onboarding, HR systems and wellbeing initiatives as a few key examples).

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new hires. This includes providing orientation, training, and development, as well as facilitating their transition into the company culture.
  •  Promote employee wellbeing. This includes initiatives such as wellness programs, workshops, and employee assistance programs (EAP).
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage employees. This includes conducting employee surveys and focus groups and working with managers to create opportunities for employees to participate in decision-making and contribute to the company's success.
  • Provide administrative support. This includes workflow management, documentation management, offer letters, and various other tasks.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and software. This includes troubleshooting problems and providing training to employees on how to use HR systems. This also includes the configuration of the system and general administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. This includes reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures, and developing new policies and procedures as needed.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team. As part of ad-hoc operational support and learning, supporting the TA team with end-to-end recruitment where required.
  • Employee connection. Help build employee engagement & connection strategies through a blend of meaningful in-person, virtual and hybrid events (with execution support from office managers, receptionists).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, and other HR technology.
