Job Description
NRVCS is looking for our next Program Supervisor to join our REACH Residential Team! The Program Supervisor provides for the overall administrative management and supervision of REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home and high behavior group homes. Works closely with the REACH team to ensure quality services are provided. Also provides direct services as assigned. Apply today and make a difference in our community!
***$5,000 Sign on Bonus***
Starting Salary: $57,500-Depending on Experience
Education Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Human Services related field with at least one year of professional experience or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field with at least 5 years of professional experience or Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of professional experience is required.
  • Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP-T or QMHP is required.
  • Experience providing supervision, program management and services development is preferred.
  • Licensure or licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker is preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
