What You'll Do:
  • Procurement & Vendor Management:
    • Work closely with engineering and product management (PM) teams to support new product development (NPI).
    • Source, purchase, and negotiate high-quality components while managing long lead-time and unique items.
    • Manage relationships with global vendors, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Obtain and analyze vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with product specifications.
  • Inventory Planning & Supply Chain Coordination:
    • Plan and monitor inventory levels based on customer demand and company targets.
    • Ensure effective forecasting and planning to maintain supply chain stability.
    • Prepare inventory aging reports and provide insights to optimize stock levels.
  • Process Optimization & Problem-Solving:
    • Identify and implement solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and resource optimization.
    • Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions, demand fluctuations, and vendor constraints.
    • Ensure ERP system proficiency to streamline procurement and materials management.

What You'll Bring:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Material Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 8+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
    • Prefer Mandarin speaker as neeed to work with CM's in Asia.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Expertise:
    • Strong experience in vendor negotiations, supplier management, and inventory control.
    • Ability to manage long lead-time and unique components, ensuring seamless procurement.
    • Experience with IC, PCBA-related components, optical transceivers, and NIC-related technologies (a plus).
  • Technical & Operational Skills:
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Salary Range
$100,000 - $130,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
