Job description

What You Will Do

Supply Chain & NPI Planning

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment functions supporting hyperscale customer programs.
  • Own forecasting processesincludingdemand planning, customer commits, scenario modeling, and executive forecast alignment.
  • Drive inventory optimization, supply continuity, allocation management, and operational readiness in constrained environments.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) planning including material readiness,buildplanning, ramp execution, and transition to mass production.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Finance teams to support rapid customer deployments and scaling initiatives.
  • Develop scalable planning processes, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesleveraginganalytics and automation.

Customer Operations

  • Serve as the primary operational interface for hyperscale customers, ensuring alignment between customer demand and operational execution.
  • Lead customer forecast reviews, backlog management, supply allocation, and escalation resolution.
  • Coordinate operational execution for customer launches, datacenter deployments, and engineering changes.
  • Provide executive visibility into supply risks, inventory health, fulfillment performance, and customer readiness metrics.
  • Drive customer business reviews and cross-functional governance across internal and external partners.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain and customer operations team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance organizations.
  • Communicate operational performance, risks, and recommendations through data-driven reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Champion operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or relatedfield.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer operations, or operations management within technology or hyperscale industries.
  • Experience supporting NPI programs, high-volume operations, and hyperscale customers.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and collaborate across global cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Direct Supply Chain and/or Customer Operations experience inHyperscaleindustry.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
  • APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.

ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be around $138,375 to $202,950. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
