In This Role

As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will support a high-performing partner and business operations organization by driving operational excellence, maintaining collaboration infrastructure, and enabling effective team rhythms. You will play a key role in organizing and executing business cadence activities, managing SharePoint and file storage environments, coordinating meetings and events, and providing program management support across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide business operations and program management support for a fast-paced organization.
  • Coordinate and support recurring business rhythm activities, including leadership meetings, operational reviews, and organizational cadence events.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and effective information architecture.
  • Oversee file storage administration, organization, and file hygiene best practices.
  • Support collaboration infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams setup, meeting logistics, permissions management, and communication workflows.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute team events, all-hands meetings, town halls, and other organizational activities, including onsite support when required.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support project execution, reporting, and operational readiness.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze resource requirements, project feasibility, and operational needs to support business objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between management and cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation, governance processes, and operational standards.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Business Management, or a related function.
  • 5-7+ years of experience administering and maintaining SharePoint sites and content management systems.
  • 5-7+ years of experience supporting collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience coordinating business rhythm activities, operational reviews, leadership meetings, or related organizational programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Program Management, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting large enterprise organizations or complex business operations environments.
  • Experience managing leadership cadence processes, operational reviews, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Familiarity with collaboration governance, document management, and file storage best practices.
  • Experience supporting executive-level meetings, leadership events, and town halls.
  • Strong understanding of business management principles, strategic planning, and operational execution.
  • Experience improving processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • PMP, PMI, or other project/program management certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting partner operations or cross-functional business organizations.

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $115,000-125,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
