Job Description Join a dynamic team, in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. C4ISR's Adaptive Communications and Sensing product line has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. Our Operations Program Manager, (OPM), will oversee the coordinating of all Operations activities on a production Program. The OPM is the single point of contact for the Operations and Production team and is responsible for the execution of the program. The OPM oversees and manages the Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between the Program Office, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory. The OPM prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives. The OPM reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Finally, the OPM identifies all issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * 4-6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
