Senior/ Operations Program Manager



Summary

We are seeking a Senior/ Operations Program Manager in GoerTek, Santa Clara office to handle projects from new product development to mass production of the latest consumer electronic products from Tier 1 customers. Responsible for overall coordination between US-based customers and global GoerTek teams, you will interact with customers and internal teams daily and be responsible for driving schedules and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, analyze, consolidate and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to management, calling out key issues and presenting options for resolution to the cross-functional executive team.
  • Provide links from the customer Ops to the factory teams.
  • Implement and review operational, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with Ops team for manufacturing operations.
  • Update and advise manufacturing on operational problems.
  • MPS/Demand forecast pull in/push out.



Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration or field related experience.
  • 5-8 years of program management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • PMP certificate is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing techniques, such as injection molding, stamping, product assembly, SMT, etc.
  • Working knowledge of production and quality control methodology in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Travel at our HQ or customers’ request.
  • Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
  • The base pay range for this role is between $$127,029 to $189,222 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
