URGENT HIRING EVENT โ€“ Seasonal Delivery Associates Needed

Event Date & Time: Tuesday, September 30th at 2:00 PM

Location: 5617 Industrial Dr, Springfield, VA 22151

Compensation: Starting at $19.50 per hour

People Now Logistics Inc. is hosting an on-the-spot hiring event to bring motivated Delivery Associates onto our team. This is your chance to get hired quickly and start delivering smiles with us!

Seasonal Timeline:

Start Date: October 7th, 2025

End Date: January 15th, 2026

Offering the option of extended permanent employment based on performance at the end of the seasonal period.

Work Location: Springfield, VA

Delivery Location: Areas Surrounding Springfield

As a Delivery Associate, you will:

  • Safely drive a client-branded vehicle to deliver 250+ packages per day.
  • Provide excellent customer service while delivering directly to customers' doorsteps.

  • Accurately document your daily activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid driver's license (no CDL required).
  • Self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills.

We are looking for drivers who are reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work hard. Ideal candidates are energetic and are able to manage their time effectively while focusing on SAFETY in performance of their assigned deliveries.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License (CDL not required)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Work Authorization
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Drivers will typically work 10 hour days
  • Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 50 pounds)
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicle frequently throughout the day
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, coworkers, etc.
  • Excel with reliability and personal time management
  • Driving: 1 year (preferred)
  • Delivery Driver Experience: 1 year (preferred)
