Job description

Join E & J Disposal Company as a full-time Customer Service Dispatcher, playing a crucial role in coordinating our specialized disposal truck operations. This position involves managing customer orders, dispatching trucks to job sites, processing payments, and supporting communication efforts, all while utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and Excel. Bilingual skills in Spanish and an Illinois Notary Commission are valuable assets. Enjoy a stable schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently
  • Coordinate dispatch of specialized disposal trucks to job sites
  • Process customer payments using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and drivers
  • Schedule trucks and ensure timely dispatching
  • Accurately enter data and maintain records in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English
  • Perform Illinois Notary duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or dispatch
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Illinois Notary Commission

Company Description

E & J Disposal Company is a family owned Dumpster Rental Company that services contractors, homeowners and industrial customers. We service Dupage, Kane and parts of Cook ( not Chicago) counties. We have 5 different dumpster sizes suitable for each customers exact needs. We only deal with Non- Hazardous debris only. Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and 7:00 am till Noon on Saturdays. We operate 5 roll off trucks and have an inventory of over 140 dumpsters.
