About this job...
Nosco is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support by managing executive communications, calendars, meetings, travel, presentations, special events, and key business processes to help ensure the efficient operation of the President's office.
In this role, you will...
  • Manage daily email review and prioritization.
  • Maintain and coordinate the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate and support executive communications and announcements.
  • Maintain contacts and business card records.
  • Manage customer and supplier CDAs and other legal agreements
  • Coordinate executive travel arrangements and prepare monthly expense reports
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for Quarterly Reviews and Annual Operating Plan presentations.
  • Prepare materials for retirements, supplier visits, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate a monthly executive level report, including due-date communications, document preparation for review, PDF creations, and distribution.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, visitor meetings, and executive events.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, room setup, food, supplies, and technology needs.
  • Manage meeting invitations, attendee communications, reminders, and related logistics.
  • Support on-site execution and follow up on action items, documentation, and post-meeting needs.
Success factors...
  • High school degree with 5+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, writing, and computer skills.
  • Must have high competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail).
  • High level of confidentiality is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills with ability to produce high-level work.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time, must be able to regularly lift 15 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods of time and have manual dexterity for computer work.
  • Long periods of concentration.
  • Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
