About this job...
Nosco is looking for a Flexographic Printing Press Operator at our Pleasant Prairie, WI Facility.
As an employee owner in this position, you will operate multiple flexographic presses and affixing equipment to produce labels for various markets, including the pharmaceutical market.
In this role, you will...
  • Set up and run high quality jobs on Flexographic Printing Presses consisting of 4-10 colors.
  • Identify defects and segregate appropriately.
  • Understand safety and PPE.
  • Perform regular maintenance of the presses.
  • Troubleshoot job and minor machine issues.
  • Understand Nosco's quality system and expectations.

Success factors...
  • 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical printing industry.
  • Able to use a PC and machine interface to gather and enter job related data in a CGMP environment.
  • Able to work overtime to meet internal and customer commitments, some weekends.
  • Physical requirements: Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Long periods of concentration.
  • Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
