Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Behavioral Health Department will have the following job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of the department's goals and objectives, daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department, and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising quality patient care and acting as a liaison with patients and their representatives, physicians, and employees.
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Behavioral Health

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Behavioral Health Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • Other-Fingerprint Required
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Masters Degree must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • No Travel Required
  • Minimum of 5 Years Required of Dir BH Experience or a seasoned Mgr with 5+ years in a current acute care setting will be considered
