Full-Time Nights LPN

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!

Position Summary:
As a Northcrest LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality care, comfort, and safety throughout the night.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes
  • Support and assist CNAs with resident care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote and protect resident rights
  • Follow all facility policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Full-Time | Night Shift

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Long-term care experience preferred
