This position is being posted on behalf of Synergy Healthcare Partners in partnership with MLKCH.

Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital (MLKCH)

Join a mission-driven team at MLKCH, a 131-bed non‑profit safety‑net hospital serving South Los Angeles, where your work directly improves access to care in an underserved community.

  • Flexible schedule: 10 and 24-hour shifts available
  • Diverse surgical cases
  • Low volume OB

Case Mix: Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, Cath lab, GI

Compensation:

OB Shifts $300/hr

In‑House 24/7

Low Volume Service: approximately 2 Deliveries per 24 hours

Consecutive Shifts Possible on Weekends

Main OR Shifts $250/hr

10 Hour Shifts

3 Shifts per day

Staggered Starts: 7A, 8A, 9A

Pager Call $75/hr

$250/hr Call Back Rate

30‑minute response time
