Responsibilities—Service Cashier:

 

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them as needed.
  • Process payments using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
  • Scan and organize service documents accurately.
  • Enter and update price changes in the system.
  • Balance the cash drawer and prepare daily bank deposits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

 


Qualifications & Requirements—Service Cashier:

 

  • Previous clerical and customer service experience is a plus.
  • Dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (background check & drug test).
