We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Project Analyst to drive sales and optimize our online product performance! Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct product and market research, competitor analysis, and analyze pricing for online products in an effort to drive sales revenue and maintain a competitive advantage. Monitor competitor pricing, MAP compliance, and market trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Generate sales and inventory reports and associated business development recommendations to management using business intelligence and other reporting tools.
  • Own the promotional buying process for all strategic vendors by maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate promotional execution.
  • Utilize AI tools to suggest, create and implement automations and workflows.
  • Assist in the management of VIP customers by placing purchase orders and monitoring sales orders.
  • Conduct data analysis to optimize business operations (shipping, pricing, inventory analysis etc.).
  • Own purchase order tracking, pricing, backorders and discrepancies.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and communicate with team members on product development needs.
  • Identify untapped product opportunities and markets for further business development.
  • Operate Seller Central and eBay platforms on a day to day basis to ensure products generate sales and enhance product ranking.
  • Create and update product listings on Amazon and eBay.
  • Analyze and purchase vendor promotional products, including �off book� promotions for key vendors.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with vendors.
  • Negotiate special pricing with vendors.
  • Keyword planning and research; implement and search for new keywords and update as necessary.
  • Work directly with photographers, development team, and graphic designers. Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Remain up to date on Amazon marketplace trends and industry changes.
  • Maintain punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members.
  • Support a culture of collaboration and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or department management.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience using Netsuite is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and workflows.
  • Ability to effectively gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems and suggest solutions.
  • Eagerness for solving problems and commitment to accepting responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and understand new Internet sales platforms quickly.
