NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work with our global client in the U.S. for an onsite opportunity in Rochester, NY or Portland, OR or Orange, CT.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate infrastructure-related activities supporting a large-scale enterprise SAP cloud transformation program. This role will serve as the primary point of coordination across infrastructure, networking, security, cloud platform providers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of critical technology initiatives.

Note: This position supports a major enterprise technology program; however, previous SAP experience is not required. The focus is on technical project management, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all infrastructure activities related to the SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation and other SAP public cloud platforms.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between SAP, cloud providers, managed service partners, infrastructure teams, networking teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage infrastructure planning, readiness, and delivery activities related to cloud connectivity, networking, security, identity management, and integrations.
  • Coordinate environment provisioning, system connectivity, disaster recovery, operational readiness, and infrastructure support activities.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive resolution across cross-functional teams.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and project status while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Facilitate technical planning sessions, governance reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and infrastructure policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing complex IT Infrastructure projects within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Cloud Infrastructure
    • Enterprise Networking
    • Cybersecurity
    • Identity & Access Management
    • Enterprise Architecture principles
  • Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PMI, or similar Project Management certification.
  • Experience managing cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
