\- Definir la roadmap technologique alignee sur les enjeux de croissance de la fintech (scalabilite, securite, rapidite de delivery).
\- Contribuer a la vision produit en garantissant une architecture IT robuste, evolutive et orientee utilisateur
\- Mettre en place une strategie de cyber securite adaptee aux exigences reglementaires du secteur financier (conformite ACPR, RGPD, DSP2...).
\- Evaluer les opportunites et investissements technologiques (cloud, API, data, IA, , etc.) pour renforcer l'avantage competitif de la fintech en tenant compte de leur efficacite et de la maitrise des risques
\- Assurer une veille technologique et juridique sur les evolutions du secteur en matiere de SI
\- Anticiper les changements et orienter les choix de la direction generale en matiere de technologies
\- Garantir la disponibilite, resilience et securite de l'ensemble des environnements
\- Conduire le plan d'evolution des systemes d'information dans l'entreprise dans le cadre des budgets acceptes et conformement aux changements technologiques decides par la direction generale
\- Assurer la coherence entre les systemes d'information
\- Superviser la conception, mise en oeuvre et maintien du systeme d'information
\- Superviser la redaction des cahiers des charges conformes aux besoins et aux choix de l'entreprise

\n \- Min. 8 ans d'experience dans des fonctions de management IT, dont 3 a 5 ans a un poste de direction

\- Connaissance en Architecture cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, cybersecurite, API management, bases de donnees, securite applicative.
\- Excellente comprehension des enjeux IT dans un cadre regule (ACPR, DSP2, RGPD...).
\- Culture produit, connaissance des cycles Agile\/Scrum\/Lean.
\- Maitrise des outils de pilotage IT et de documentation technique.
\- Leadership, exigence, sens de l'engagement.
\- Esprit analytique et capacite a decider dans un environnement mouvant.
\- Solide capacite de communication avec des profils non\-tech.
