- Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or interns, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
